Precautions for internal and external maintenance of CTP equipment
surface maintenance of CTP machine
clean the external surface of the output equipment, protect the appearance and surface finish, and ensure that visual instructions and marks are clearly visible. More importantly, regular cleaning reduces the dust that may fall into the equipment when removing or opening the access panel. The areas where dust is most likely to accumulate are the fan box panel, power box panel, front and top panels, and the area where the printing plate enters and exits the output equipment. Reliable and high-quality output requires that the external surface of the output equipment be kept clean
cleaning it is recommended that before cleaning the outer surface of the output equipment, vacuum dust removal should be carried out on all the access panel joints to remove all accumulated dust. If the surface is often wiped clean with a dry cloth and the environment is relatively dry without steam, it may be enough as long as this is done. What do you want to buy more tensile testing machines? For thorough cleaning, please use a cloth soaked in water and mild detergent. Thoroughly wipe off all residual detergent with a clean damp cloth. (warning: do not let water or other liquids flow into the output device at will. This may cause electric shock, serious injury, and damage the output device.)
ctp machine internal maintenance
to locate the image to the edge of the printing plate, the output device uses the edge detection algorithm. The algorithm relies on a 741 mm (29.2 inch) black non reflective detection strip placed in the surface of the imaging drum inside the output device, which is located on the surface of the imaging drum inside the output device next to the front edge pressure block. The edge detection strip must be cleaned every month to avoid edge detection errors
1. Cleaning because different types of tests require different fixture edge detection strips
(1) ensure that the output device is not currently working
(2) turn off the output device
(3) open the front door
(4) rotate the imaging drum by hand until you see the edge detection strip. Note: do not grasp the right end surface of the imaging drum. This may damage the optical encoder in the imaging drum
(5) moisten a piece of non cotton cloth with distilled water (suitable for precise operation), and wipe the test strip only once in one direction. (be careful not to leave any fingerprints or stains on the test strip, and dry it with a clean dry cloth after wiping.)
2. Clean the second plate roller
(1) ensure that the output device is not currently working
(2) turn off the output device
(3) open the front door
(4) gently wipe the other hand with a wet cotton cloth (suitable for precise operation) and gently turn over the plate roller (bright blue). (be careful not to leave any fingerprints or stains on the test strip, and dry it with a clean dry cloth after wiping.)
3. Clean the imaging drum
(1) ensure that the output device does not currently image the printing plate
(2) turn off the output device
(3) open the front door
(4) gently wipe the other hand with a wet cotton cloth (suitable for precise operation) and gently turn the imaging drum. (be careful not to leave different materials on the test strip. Different fixtures are required. Any fingerprints or stains should be wiped with a clean dry cloth after wiping.)
